Feature
The sterilizer is equipped with a practical size of
rectangular or cylindrical sterilizing chamber. The sterilizing
process is most efficient because the materials are sterilized
and dreed by air femobal with the pre-vacuum and post vacuum. In
particular, the sterilizer with a double door style prevents
recontamination by retrieving processed materials to the clean
room.
1. CONTROLS
The Control System with a built- in microprocessor, controls
process of the cycle, the function of display of a large
5"LCD showing the operating conditions of the sterilizer,
the self-diagnosis which detects abnormality and takes necessaly
actions and printing which prints out cycle performance records
automatically.
2. CYCLE PROGRAM
- The Basic Cycles are programs generally used for most
materials to be sterilized.
- The Test Cycles are a Bowie-Dick and a Vacuum Leak Rate
Test for chamber.
- The user cycle program can be used and saved by changing
the temperature, pressure, exposue time and dry time from the
basic cycle programs at the discretion of operator.
3. BOWIE-DICK TEST PROGRAM
This program provides a test for air residual in the chamber
after air removal by the vacuum system. If this program detects
any residual of air, the wrapped materials shall mot be
processed with the vacuum cycle program.
4. LEAK TEST PROGRAM
The leak test program, designed for test of any leakage out
of the chamber, shall be performed prior to vacuum sterilization
cycle once everyday. If any leakage is detected throughout the
test, the vacuum sterilization cycle would not operate
5. AIR FILTER
The bacteria-retentive filter which can filter out 99.97% of
0.3µm particles filters outside air supplied into the chamber
during the vent and drying the vent and drying phase. If
prevents sterilized items from recontamination by bacteria in
the air.
6. VACUUM SYSTEM
The vacuum system with the water pump and ejector is an
equipment used for exhausting air or vapor out of the chamber.
If enhances sterilization and drying effect with a strong vacuum
force and minimizes noise and malfunction.
7. DOOR INTERLOCK
For safety, the chamber door would not open when the power is
turned off, the cycle would not operate when the door is open
and the door would not open when any pressure exists in the
chamber. In a case of the double door style, both of doors would
not open simultaneously and one of the doors would open only the
other one is locked.
8. SELF-DIAGNOSIS
Seif-diagnosis, detecting 12 types of error, generates alarm
and automatically takes any necessary actions.
9. PRINTER
It prints a cycle performance record which reviews, analyzes
and saves sterilization results related to management. This
document includes sterilizer number, date and yeat, setting
value(sterilization temperature, condition temperature, exposure
time, and drying time), performance data of each phase (start
and finish time, temperature and pressure), maximum/minimum
temperature and pressure, elapse time of each phases, acceptance
or unacceptance of the cycle and other data (cycle time, cycle
number, error codes, power failure/recovery time).
