Until recently air removal of chamber and drying based on the employ of the vacuum system has been used exclusively for the large steam sterilizer. Our company has adopted the vacuum system for the tabletop sterilizer despite the various restrictions, thereby satisfying the requirements of the standards (MDD) of EU. This is very meaningful in that air removal based on the prevacuum system is adopted in sterilizing the wrapped items and the drying based on the post vacuum system is also very important in the sense that the drying of sterilized items are as important as sterilization.

1. It has five(5) kinds of sterilization cycle and two(2) kinds of test cycle programs; the sterilization time and drying time can be shortened with the result that good sterilization can be obtained depending on the features of the vacuum system. Especially, it has the built-in cycle exclusively employed for the liquids which can solve problems caused when sterilizing the culture medium or the liquids with a small sterilizer for the clinical examination.

2. The cycle is fully automated by the Control System with the micro processor and its self-diagnosis function can detect six(6) kinds of abnormality and suspend the cycle.

3. It is mounted with the printer which prints out important reference data(date, temperature, pressure, time, errors, etc.) to be analyzed, examined and kept regarding the result of sterilization.
