Pathologies of the small bowel or small intestine are
notoriously difficult to diagnose, have vague symptoms, and are
therefore usually advanced at the time of definitive diagnosis.
Current methods permit visualization only of approximately the
first one-third of the small bowel.
There is a clear need for the GivenŽ system - a diagnostic
tool solution that is non-invasive, easy to use and provides a
substantially improved level of visual imaging for early and
improved detection of the pathologies of the small bowel.
